Stirling Covington Retail Center is a 85 acre, 576,000 s.f. retail center located in I-12 in St. Tammany Parish. Duplantis Design Group, PC provided all civil engineering services including site planning, drainage, on-site water supply and sewerage treatment facilities, and off-site roadway improvements. Especially challenging was the design of the on-site storm drainage and detention system in an environmentally sensitive area.
