This project consists of a 135,441 s.f. Sam’s Club and outlot located on approximately 18 acres on Martin Luther King Boulevard in Houma, LA. DDG provided all civil engineering design services including site planning, drainage and utility design (including on site sewer lift station), and offsite traffic improvements. DDG with the assistance of a sub-consultant, performed hydraulic modeling of the drainage area to meet the local drainage ordinance. This project was completed and opened in 2005.
