This development is one in a series of projects
for the same developer constructed by the same contractor.
The design build concept allows for the early identification of
potential issues as related to permitting/construction. These
issues may range from zoning and parking requirements to site
grading and site utility costs. This retail development consists
of 30,180 square feet of retail shop space for eleven tenants.
This development involved the re-location of 78,000
cubic yards of fill in order to transition grades from an
adjacent Wal-Mart Supercenter and a proposed highway fronting
the site. Also the unavailability of electricity during
construction required most construction operations to be
completed with generators. |
