This project involved the design of 27,928 square
feet of shell space for future retail space next to an existing
H.E.B. Grocery Store in Port Arthur, TX. Duplantis Design Group
provided civil engineering for the 2.7 acre site
and architectural services for the Face Brick, E.I.F.S., and
C.M.U. Veneer building. Unique issues facing the project
included coordination with existing utility departments and the
bidding of this project along with the Lake Charles, LA, retail
center as one bid package to multiple bidders. The project is
currently under construction with a construction cost of
$2,054,000. |
