This project consisted of the renovation of an
abandoned Wal-Mart building containing approximately 96,500
square feet. Renovations included interior demolition of
existing partitions, ceilings, lighting, flooring, fixtures, and
HVAC; and, subdivided the building to accommodate multiple
tenants initially consisting of Mochaccino’s Coffee Shop, Big
Lots, and a climate controlled mini-storage facility. Duplantis
Design Group provided the architectural services described
above, along with civil engineering services to re-work
utilities entering the building and re-striping of parking areas
adjacent to the building. The project was completed in June 2004
