Tammany Middle LLC (Holiday Square Roadway Extension) is located in the northwest quadrant of I-12 and Highway 190 in St. Tammany Parish. Duplantis Design Group designed a new 0.75 mile long roadway extension to the existing Holiday Square Frontage Road as well as the rehabilitation to the existing roadway. DDG also provided civil engineering services for the design of a master drainage and utility planning for the future development of the 35 acres. The most challenging aspect of the development was the site plan approval process with St. Tammany Parish planning, rezoning and master design of the on-site storm drainage and detention system. |
