This project is a multi-tenant retail facility on
the site of the former Belle Promenade Mall in Marrero, LA.
Duplantis Design Group and Acadia Land Surveying provided civil
engineering, architecture, and land surveying for the entire
39,834 square feet project from the conceptual design through
construction administration with a construction cost of
$3,533,909. Major Issues facing this project included the
relocation of existing parish-maintained utilities requiring
extensive planning and coordination with the parish government.
Additional issues included constant coordination individual with
various tenants to accommodate their construction requirements
in the building. Lastly, this project is part of an on-going
redevelopment of the entire Belle Promenade property.
