Duplantis Design Group and Acadia Land Surveying provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for a free standing 4,500 s.f. Ground Pat’i Restaurant. The 1 acre site is located at the intersection of Glenwild Drive and LA 20 in Thibodaux, LA. Duplantis Design Group assisted the developer during the resubdivision of property which also included plans for sewer, water, and gas line extensions to the project site. Duplantis Design Group obtained the necessary highway department permits for the driveway tie into LA 20. During construction, Duplantis Design Group assisted the developer in obtaining a curb tie into the new Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse parking lot. |
