This project consisted of the design, bid negotiation, and construction administration of a 15,925 square feet multi-tenant retail building adjacent to Wal-Mart Supercenter on Canal Boulevard in Thibodaux, LA. Duplantis Design Group provided architectural and civil engineering services for the entire site. The building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building structural frame with metal studs, E.I.F.S., and aluminum entrances and storefront. The project was completed in January 2002 at a cost of $921,000. |
