This project consists of a 8,423 square feet
facility containing a 1,754 s.f. video poker casino, 1,650 s.f.
Huddle House Restaurant, and a 5,019 s.f. convenience store and
truckers’ lounge. Duplantis Design Group provided full civil
engineering service and architecture service from design
development through construction through the 5.1 acre site
located in Thibodaux. Unique issues facing the project included
coordination with each of the 3 major tenants as well as fuel
pump/canopy suppliers. The project was completed in June 2003 at
a cost of $2,100,000. |
