This project included the development of a 160,000 square foot facility in an urban setting in New Orleans, LA. Duplantis Design Group and Acadia Land Surveying provided civil engineering and land surveying for the entire project. DDG’s architectural division  provided the design services for the building. Challenges included platting, a parking variance, a signage variance, as well as phased design/construction to address the relocation of an existing parish road and Hurricane Katrina.
