Thibodaux Regional Medical Center has recently
contracted with Duplantis Design Group, PC, to prepare design
solutions for the $2,400,000 interior build-out to the hospital
medical offices. The addition totals an area of approximately
30,000 square ft. and will provide office space for
approximately 17 separate physician groups on three of the new
medical office building’s five floors. Unique issues for this
project included the need to work as a component of a large
team made up of the hospital staff, project manager, MOB shell
architects, and numerous physician’s groups. |
